History
Prime Time Delivery and Transport Company is a U.S. DOT Certified Carrier with corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.
Prime Time derives its name from its roots as an in-home delivery service for local Phoenix department stores. Founded in 1983, the founders originally used pickup trucks and utility trailers to provide prompt, in-home delivery of electronics during prime time evening hours.
Due to increasing demand for their professional, on-schedule deliveries, Prime Time soon purchased its first two 24 foot trucks to provide for additional deliveries throughout the Phoenix Metro area. Within five years Prime Time's high quality services had grown to include delivery of home furnishings, and with this new focus came an ever-expanding delivery area into the greater Phoenix region.
By 1991, Prime Time's services were in such demand that it applied for and received a DOT Certification for interstate deliveries, and within three years its service area had further expanded to include most of the Southwest-from Southern California to El Paso, Texas.
Today, in order to serve this growing client base, an 81,000 square foot facility and corporate headquarters based in Phoenix and a 25,000 square foot facility in Riverside, California, provide unlimited expansion capabilities. Prime Time offers a complete line of Asset Based Third Party Logistic (3PL) services from these centrally based locations.
